His mission was to create a business that helped real people find real ways to build and protect wealth without spending more money. Michael Basoco describes himself as an eternal optimist who believes that creating wealth can help strengthen families. His desire to honor God in all his endeavors has led him to volunteer on the leadership teams of several charitable organizations in Irving and the surrounding DFW area. Seeing the devastation of losing both his parents to cancer, without insurance, has shaped the Basoco Agency, and it’s a driving force behind his stated purpose: Make a difference in the community through education.

Kathleen Basoco is Michael’s partner in life and in business. She describes herself as a lifelong learner with a penchant for creativity, but not when it comes to the truth. She’s focused on living a life of honesty, integrity, and curiosity, and is always ready to give her all when trying her hand at a new skill. By day, Kathleen helps students discover their purpose in life. When her workday ends, she continues to help families be more purposeful with their financial and security decisions in her role as a Basoco Agency advisor.
